Do Something Different

Morning all #MondayMotivation time.

I hope you’ve all had a good first week back since the festive break and have set your goals for the year ahead from the task which I set you last week, and if you haven’t done it yet, hopefully this post will give you the kick you need.

Have you ever heard the saying from Einstein ‘If you keep doing the same as you’ve always done you’ll get what you’ve always got’.

This quote is right on so many levels.  Have you ever wondered why the same things may happen to you over and over again and how you may never progress to that next level, which you know full well you should be?.  It may come to a surprise to some but, if you keep asking the same questions you’re always going to get the same answers and this can apply to your personal life, business life, your training, all aspects of life.

So if you haven’t yet go back to last weeks post, set your goals, and start asking new questions from life and get those new answers.

You control much of what happens to you in life.  It’s our perceptions and attitudes which dictate our paths, so if you keep getting dealt a s*#t hand, change your perceptions and attitude and you may just find yourself holding to a winning pack.

Have a good week guys.

Stay strong and live, love and laugh!
