Keep it Simple



Keep it simple and only ever focus on, no more than 3 physical qualities at any one time in your training.  If you try to do a bit of everything you just dilute your gains and the training effects.

Always have a main focus of the session then have 1-2 other physical goals to work on and then spend the appropriate amount of time on them.  

Also keep the quality high and let the quantity take care of its self, Quality over Quantity always.
